Why did you pick this product vs others?:After seeing that this frequently return item, I was hesitant to purchase it, but I am so glad I did the absolutely love it higher than the regular inflatable hot tub side are very hard and firm work right and the water warmed up quickly. It’s been easy to maintain and my seven-year-old son and I are loving it. It fits perfectly in our urban oasis. It was also very easy to put together. As I did it solo and a little over an hour.

Started leaking. Useless. So upset. Contacted customer service and heard nothing back.

The day I got it the pump had a loud screeching sound when running the bubbles. Now 3 weeks later it already has an error code that won't clear. I've tried everything to clear it and all the seller offered was a shipping label and a refund. Don't waste you time buying this just to burdoned to return the whole thing like I have to. What a waste of time and money.
