don’t bother!
acupressure works for me typically. i normally just use my hands but sorry but these are garbage. they don’t work. i had a hard time getting the bracelet on by myself so it was uncomfortable. they’re far too long for me and i didn’t quite understand how it was meant to work. so obviously no relief from nausea for me.

Didn't work for us
Can't say they wouldn't work for everyone but they did not work for my pregnant daughter and friend. Seem well made.

Not sure if they worked for morning sickness
Got these to wear for pregnant daughter. Not sure if they really helped- we did look at the reviews but She was still sick all thru the pregnancy. But she liked wearing the band so….
