Very useful
The best part is that it filters very well. It is a must buy for those who use whole green leaf and Kadha. The inside steel infuser is quite delicate as it has many drain holes so wash it carefully. The glass and the handle are sturdy. Its quite costly but you wont regret after finding the product very useful.

Nice cup for infused tea.
Thought it would be larger, but after using it once, I liked how it gave me a good cup of infused tea. No need to pour more hot water several times. Just pour the water slowly over the tea and it drains quickly through the infuser while you let it steep. Good stainless steel infusion basket. Perfect cup would be if double insulated to hold heat longer. This holds for about 30 minutes after steeping with lid on and removing infuser basket. I steep white and green hand rolled tea leaves and don't have to use many which saves money. The same leaves last for 2-3 infusions.

This was a much needed product for me. I had been looking for something like this for sometime, since I prefer loose green tea leaves rather than tea bags.Good product. Useful.

Product is good but delicate....i still dont know if it is un breakable or not...the product description also doesnt say any thing...pricing is also high

Okay.
Glass is not hard enough. It seems like if I hold it a bit more harder than usual when washing, it would break into pieces.
