Old, stale and hard!
I recently ordered from Caramels.com and was happy to see them on Amazon. I ordered 2 different flavors and both are very hard and I can't eat them. Since I can't return them I'm out $36!

Stale taste.
Love these caramels, but they were a little stale, sea salt vanilla. Just tried the classic butter….they were a little worse.Did not find that my last order.
