This is the sixth purchase I've made of a Flexispot product in the past year. I had watched a YouTube video talking about it and really liked the idea of it for my work station and my craft room. The product does what I expected it to based on the information available. The quality of materials was very good and the packaging of the small screws and such was about as "idiot proof" as one could ask for. It was relatively easy enough to put together. Hubby and I accomplished that in about an hour. There was a problem with delivery...one package (of two) was delivered to my neighbor instead of us and I had issues tracking the 2nd package. That said, one of the BEST things about Flexispot is they are prompt to respond and their customer service has been excellent. I can't say enough good things about them and their product. When there have been issues or problems, they have addressed them, promptly and completely.

Excellent product! Excellent support! The bamboo on white looks clean and makes for a great workstation.There is no appreciable wobble at all - the construction utilizes some rubber pieces to stabilize and fill gaps and even in standing positions it's solid.If you have any doubts, watch the video reviews that highlight the strength and speed of the motors. I weigh over 200 lbs and it lifts me to the max height.Installation was easy but takes 1-2 hours if you're taking your time. Optimal installation requires a drill to make some holes, but this does not reduce my rating whatsoever. The locations of the holes will be guided by the width of the desk you choose and it doesn't require any measuring or marking, just drill where the hole is.I had an issue with stripping a screw and scratching a bar during installation. I contacted support and they sent replacement parts quickly, received days faster than I expected.One week later - fully functional. It supports two monitors, clamp on lamp, cable organizer, power strip, laptop, all the weight of associated peripheral hardware, and me leaning on it. The wheels move smoothly. Having a single piece surface and no groove in the middle eliminates one of the reasons I hesitated to buy a desk.Overall, it's a highly worthwhile purchase.

Updating this review to 5 stars from the previous 1 star after seller replaced the defective Part #3 Connector - which now slides into Parts #4 & #5 as designed, allowing it to be assembled correctly according to the instructions. Initially, the components - except for the defective part they were shipped with - appeared to be good quality and as advertised. That said, the defective Part #3 Connector I initially received required spending 1/2 a day attempting to scrape off the excess paint on the Part #3 connector to be able to modify it to slide into Parts #4 & #5 - the left and right support beams - per the instructions after discovering the Connector Part #3 I originally received had been modified with an extra layer of black over the original brown paint to match the rest of the black desk hardware in the kit. The problem was the excessive paint thickness on Connector Part #3 made it impossible to insert Connector Part #3 into Parts #4 & #5 - the left and right support beams - per the instructions even WITH the screws removed. This appeared to be a QC/QA issue, however, upon being notified of the problem, Customer Support was responsive and replaced the defective part which resolved the issue.

Amazing quality. Please pay more for a table is Yu can. Doubled the price than other recommended ones on Amazon, but more than doubled the product quality. At least what I can say is the legs weight are tripled, so they are very sturdy. The panel is real wood instead of engineer one so the panel is actually light. I’m confident it can hold 300 lbs. Haven’t configured the cable management yet. It should look a lot cleaner after sticking the cables under. Dual motors make adjustment stable. Another bonus is the panels and frames come clean, pre washed. I wiped them wet and see no dirt. Pretty impressive. You definitely get you paid for. Shout out for the quality!

Very elegant and good quality. Reason I am giving a 4 starts1) too heavy and can easily get hurt2) some instructions were not straight forward but were on small font making it difficult yo read but diagrams were helpful3) could have had an option to easily tuck in the wires. That was a bit challenging
