Price.
I like the. R410 a but. A $1000 difference in the Senville 60000 BTU air handler Or Mr Cool. It's hard to swallow. I don't see any difference. Also, it does not include a thermostat.

Great unit but could use a few small enhancements
Just installed this 5 ton unit this week and have been impressed with the product so far. I do wish the air handler was a little bit shorter but installation wasn't bad. Use it with a Honeywell T9 thermostat without any issues yet.Two design flaws that I've found so far.1. The nut holding the convenient unit down is in the way when opening the panel. It's a little annoying and could have easily been designed differently to accommodate working on it.2. 20x23 filters size on the air handler. Don't know why they made such a weird size that no stores carry. The manual also states that it uses 20x20 but it's wrong. It wouldn't have been a big deal but I couldn't fit another type of filter box because the unit was so tall.Another gripe would be the instructions aren't clear on several things. Biggest is that the air handler has valves that need to be opened for the freon to flow through which is different then other ones I've worked on.Good things1. Love the 8 adjustable fan speeds. It's blowing hard throughout my 3200sf house on default level 4.2. Unit runs very quiet. It sits right outside my kitchen window and don't hear a thing when it's running from inside.Overall I'd buy this again if I had the room for an external filter assembly. It's blowing cold and seems like it's just purring along.
