Better coating than the previous company i was using
I like these because the pills are more solid than the previous brand I used. Magnesium Oxide pills tend to be powdery. These do not break down. Great improvement.

I've been using this for years
I've taken magnesium oxide for years, and from what I can tell, it's working. The explanation is this:I take medicine every day, and I used to have a sour stomach on occasion. I talked to my doctor, who worked with me to come up with a solution without other negative consequences. And that's why I take magnesium oxide every day.So, for me, this is a worthwhile product. It's a natural substance that helps me digest the medicine I take without experiencing the stomach upset I did without it.Hopefully, it will work the same for you.

Good for several issues
I was recommended magnesium and riboflavin for migraines.Turns out it helped with my migraines, my constipation, and leg cramps now that I am pregnant! My anxiety seemed to also disappear...amazing what supplements can do.It's also supposed to help with sleep but I've never had any issues with sleep.I bought these in July 2020 and now it's April 2021 and I'm only just now buying another bottle. Great value. It works.(it will create looser stools, but for me that was a plus. This type of mag isn't super "bioavailable" so it doesn't absorb as well as others types like mag citrate. Again, it's a plus for me though. )

Consistently good quality
Always a quality product. Delivery on time. Pills are all intact - no crumbled or powdery pills at the bottom, easy to swallow, do the job my Dr. wants done.

Have to take more then one
I used to buy magnesium oxide at the pharmacy to treat my irregular heartbeat ( not a serious heart problem, but was advised by my PCP to take) .A pharmacist actually had to get it from behind the counter where they keep their prescription drugs , even though you do not have to have a prescription for this .I took one tab in the evening and that worked really well for me . To save money I figured I can buy this cheaper on Amazon. I was wrong !! I have to take 2-3 of these a day to keep from having occasional irregular feeling heartbeat /flutter . I will go back and buy from the pharmacy again in the future .
