Does the job, without aesthetics.
It is simple to assemble, solid enough to withstand the placement and removal of the vacuum over and over, does not tip or lean, and is better than leaving the vacuum lying on the floor.But it does none of it gracefully. It is a budget industrial look (not the cool industrial look), it is best suited for a store room - where it would be a perfect organizer.
