What is in the box:There is a screen protector in the box too. Not only a phone case. So contact Blu or seller to see if there is a screen protector in the box before you buy.I didn't know it and spent $10 more dollars to get a PACK of 4 in the same purchase.As for the camera;It can only zoom in 4 times instead of 8 times. I use iPhone 13 and have problem with battery and charger. Blu F5 give me what I need for the price.. talk, text, video, music, serf the internet. I don’t play games so.

The absolute worst phone I have ever handled. Constant lag, takes forever to boot, load apps, anything. Ram is constantly pinned around 3gb with nothing running. The "extra ram" just makes things worse. Been using blu phones since the r2 lte all those years back and that was light years faster than this thing is. After this one I don't know if i'll be returning to blu even if they do end up coming with a new flagship like the g91 max was. The only positive I can say about this phone is that the battery is halfway decent but that doesn't matter when its slower than a snail and takes forever to do anything. Avoid at all costs!

If you don't use it frequently, the battery will last at least a day. If you use your phone frequently though expect to have to charge it a couple of times a day. The wireless antenna isn't great but the keypad is perfect for us fat-fingered people.

The phone started out being just a little off size to put the screen saver on, and not fitting in the wallet designed to fit this specific phone. It is terribly slow and if I had an emergency, it takes maybe 30 seconds or more to get ready. The phone locks up frequently and getting it turned off/on/reset is confusing for it. It will lock on a screen and not be able to reset and have any control over what it has stored. Random pages will show up in the middle of something else. I'm not happy with it, at all. I have had 3 BLU phones before and was pretty happy with them. It does take fairly good pictures though. The battery life is terrible. I don't use it for anything other than a phone, pictures and play games occasionally, and I have to charge it twice a day.

So far the phone feels nice! fast and easy to use. I love how it has features for kids. so far so good! the price was awesome!
