I was hoping to use this to join the many women that have found great results with microneedling. When this arrived it was extremely well packaged, but in multiple places it cautions for "Professional use only". That made me extremely worried about trying it myself. I did find that this product is well packaged, including a storage box for the device. All of the refill needling ends are in individual sterile packaging. If you are confident in your ability to watch videos and figure things out this is a great set. If you are nervous and the "professional use only" stickers all over this would make you worried, I wouldn't recommend. I ended up not using it. It seemed to be a bit above my skill level, and that wasn't indicated in the description.Overall this seems like a high quality device. Just be sure you aren't going to get nervous by the "professional use only" all over the device.

I have had micro needling done many times ($$) so I knew a little. I have used this every month n love it. It takes a little practice but it is great! Came with plenty of cartridges. Worth the money

The controls are simple and easy to adjust for different parts of your face. The nano cartridges are great for gentler, surface-level treatments.

This is a stellar micro needling set-up. It comes with a whole lot of needle tips, the "pen" itself is heavy and sturdy, and top notch.What it really NEEDS is a good manual, that tells you how to do the micro needling, what depths to use on different parts of the face, and what the process is.I had to do a TON of research on the internetz before I felt knowledgeable enough to start in stabbing my face with it. I mean, come on... it's more than a little intimidating! That's why I docked it a star.Once I figured out what I was supposed to do with it, and got to doing it, the equipment performed flawlessly.So do your research, then pick one of these up, because it's a really good quality piece of equipment!!

I did a facial microneedle treatment at home, it was great. I first disinfected my face with iodine, then used gauze dipped in saline to clean off all the subversion, and then used microneedles with a special facial essence, and my skin became smooth.

This is a wonderful skin care tool to have at home. I have gotten microneedle procedures done at a spa which can be quite expensive, so I like having the ability to do it at home and save some money. This comes with a lot of needle replacements, so this will last me a long timeIt's easy to use, but there is a bit of a learning curve. I would recommend looking up some tutorials on the best ways to use it. I was a little apprehensive about using this on myself, but it's really simple once you've done it a few timesI have been using it for a couple weeks, and I am already seeing good results with my skin looking brighter and healthier

This micro needle roller pin is painless to use. It takes a little bit of time to get used to using it. It seems to be taking off some of the dry areas of my face. The outside layer of dead skin. I like that it is rechargeable. I will update this review if I have any issues with this device. As of now it appears to be working as intended.
