Why does the flashlight get hot after using it for a while?

At its maximum 2500 lumens, the flashlight's lamp base will heat up after 1-2 minutes. Because the heat dissipation is located in the lamp base, we recommend avoiding touching the lamp base during use.

Why won't the flashlight charge (after removing the insulation sheet on the battery back cover)?

You can try changing the data cable or plugging it into a computer. Due to voltage, it is suitable for 5V/2A

Why doesn't the flashlight work anymore?

Check that the tail cap is securely fastened and that there's power. Check if the power supply works again after replacing it.
