Heel that pain insoles
Very disappointed with product. The pair I bought were supposed to be for size 9. They just fitted in my wife’s size 7 shoe comfortably. They were of no use to me at all.

Very comfy and supportive but not easy to wear with summer shoes
These insoles are very comfortable and do seem to support my foot arch better than any others I’ve tried. However, as we are experiencing a UK heatwave i can’t wear them with sandals and I don’t have many suitable shoes within which the insoles will fit... they take up a lot of room and make my shoes tight. If I put them in very lightweight summer shoes, as I walk the shoes slip off my feet as the insoles are heavy. I may need to buy new bigger sized heavier shoes in the winter in order to accommodate the insoles.
