Faulty Product Issue - Replacement Sent Incorrectly, Matter Still Unresolved
The product I received didn’t work. When I requested a replacement, I was sent a small box containing a metal piece, which appeared to be a screw. The delivery person also asked for the faulty product in return, which weighed approximately 600 grams or more, while the replacement they sent was only about 100 grams. I refused to hand over the faulty product and emailed Amazon, requesting a refund. However, no action was taken. After wasting a considerable amount of time on this issue, I finally decided to give up and put an end to the matter.Even Amazon failed to deliver, and their credibility is also in question.

First I would want to write that I got a slightly different product than the one I selected. Anyways it is on the same line though.It really gives hot water instantly upon switching On. It is serving my requirement without any problem.

Wrost product. 1month not complete. 11 December delivered and on 6jan water leakage and current flow in this tap and running water also. I not found any official website. So, plz support. And if any person decided to buy. My recommendation is not 🚫.

This heaters load is 3000 wattage. Works well but you need solid wiring. To use this water heater you need 3 kilowatt load in your house.
