When they called the Wuben X2 “ PRO “, they weren’t lying.It runs on two included 920 mAh 14500 Lithium-ion batteries that recharge inside the aluminum case using an included USB-C cable. In a pinch, you can run it on just one cell or substitute ordinary AA’s (with lower output and runtimes). I think this is its best feature. In an emergency, it helps to keep backup power sources available. The baseplate has a strong magnet and a locking button to keep it closed and watertight. You can switch between handheld or helmet mounting with the included helmet mount hardware and removable tail button. You can vary the output levels and side light colors just by button presses or slider and thumbwheel turns. It’s easy to switch the front side lamp between white, red, green, blue or even purple if you like.I’ve only used it for a couple of days, but it’s quickly becoming my favorite light and a whole lot lighter than the giant D cell lights that I always used.

This is a great little flashlight with loads of power. I took this unit to Egypt where I was able to use in inside the Pyramids and other underground chambers. It was easily the brightest flashlight among our large group. It's small, compact and recharges quickly with the supplied batteries. If those batteries run out before recharging, you can always put in regular batteries. The ability to change batteries is great for times when you will be unable to recharge. I've seen much larger and bulky units that do not provide nearly as much light. I have one on my boat and one in my car. The red light is good for low light conditions when you do not want to lose your night vision. The only caution is when it is on the highest white setting, it will get hot to the touch if left on for an extended time period. If that happens, just turn it down or off for a short while. Most times, you will not need the highest setting but I like having such a strong light. I highly recommend this unit.

Fantastic light! It's got so many different emitters I'd be shocked if there was a situation it couldn't cover. Mine came with an extra clip on tail switch too which was a nice surprise, it makes getting to your last function super quick and if you want the extra customizability or to change your last setting you can start clicking with the other button. All the lights are surprisingly bright and being able to flood or throw or both is really cool to switch between. Also Love that I can recharge the two included batteries with the USBC onboard, makes it much easier to take with you anywhere and not have to worry about extra batteries or an external charger

It is red and the Wuben Flashlight is quite bright so the diffuser throw a nice Red light which doesn't bother others and the red light is bright enough to be useful to do some stuff.I would like to see a diffuser in white as well. I'd snap two up quickly.

I bought the wuben flashlight after seeing some reviews on YouTube about the x series flashlights so I saw it on Amazon and it had a discount on code so I bought it I own other wuben flashlights and I collect flashlights from a range of companies this flashlight is so easy to use it's got a switch to go through modes as well a the focusing button and if you press it in it raises the lumins and Lowers it also the side light on the body has led in other colors like red blue witch is nice in night carry to find a bathroom while camping this is a 99 out of a 100 flashlight id recommended it highly recommend this for those who need multiple lights for chores but don't want to buy multiple lights

Great all around light.

Great compact flashlight with some crazy cool features. The idea of using different lenses and LEDs to control the beam width is so unique…. Everyone I show is to finds it fascinating. I love the easily accessible turbo mode that turns all the main LEDs on and lights up EVERYTHING! Been using the side light to aim exactly at when I am working on in my garage work bench when I need a little more light… so useful!One awesome thing that my son loves about those light…. We’re currently teaching him colors and he LOVES the RBG side light; keeps swapping between colors and naming them, super fun for him (and me).

I watched the videos, I like what this light offers. A good form factor with great battery setup. Rechargeable batteries that you can sub AA when you need to. I scroll wheel to change brightness and spot to flood with a side light and RGB. Good build and size. Decent pocket clip. Supposed to be 1500 lumens. The problems are many. The main light is nowhere as bright as other lights I have that are 1500 lumens. The side light is close to that on max. The UI is a train wreck. It has a slider to either lockout, use the side light or the main light. Then you click the center of the wheel to turn on or off the light selected. The size and feel of that is not very easy to use. The wheel rotates with little to no feel and it just keeps rolling and the light chosen just rolls past maximum to minimum. Also, the plastic wheel is not firm and it flexes to pressure. The RGB function on the side light is very hard to use as the hold to activate takes a long time to hold before it activates and then selecting the modes for RGB requires a flowchart in the manual and is not intuitive at all. It is not a light that I would recommend to anyone as I cannot figure out the best use case for this light.
