Silflex - Silicone Contact Layer Dressing 5cm x 7cm (x10)

I had to go to A&E as I had an accident and the skin on my arm was torn leaving a huge wound. I put a large plaster on to keep it clean and when I saw the nurse the plaster was stuck to the wound and wouldn’t come off and the nurse had to pull the plaster off causing me so much plain and distress. She promised me that would never happen again and used this dressing which does not stick to the wound but the skin around it. I didn’t want to go through that pain again and so purchased 2 packs from Amazon and they are just perfect

This is a game changer! Excellent on wounds and burns. Sticky but does not stick to wound.Excellent product

As a nurse I use this all of the time so bought this for a relative with a leg ulcer that lives overseas.

This dressing so expensive but absolutely effective. It doesn't stick even though placed directly onto the wound and easily removable.I was treated with this products at the hospital, but it was not available in our contury.The delivery is fast and I'm very satisfied.

My wife used this on my nasty dog bite, did the job well

The product is very effective in the sense that it doe snot stick on the wound and lets the area heal. The price however combined with the fact that one can only purchase boxes and not individual pads is quite restrictive and makes one look for alternatives.

Does not stick to open wound but adheres well to surrounding skin, would recommend
