Excellent customer service. Had an issue with the first one but seller took care of my needs and provided a second unit that was perfect. Highly recommended this seller for customer service.

Panasonic VCR
The unit itself is good......setting it up was terrible......I finally had my computer company fix it so that it worked the way I wanted......the remote was TERRIBLE.....luckily I could use the same remote I had with my last Panasonic.I will say that Amazon and the seller tried to assist.

1 month to arrive
While I am glad that the vcr was safe and secured in the package upon on arrival with no signs of damage to the vcr or box. I was a little irritated that the package took a whole month to arrive. I’m relived it arrived in tact but I would appreciate it if they said it would take a month for it to arrive instead of saying it would arrive in 2-3 weeks.

Functional, good value, good condition
It was a little scratched, but nothing they didn't mention prior to purchasing. My mom is very happy with her present of getting to watch all our old home videos again! Thank you!

My purchase of a used Panasonic VCR
I ordered a used Panasonic VCR and it was shipped from Porter Electronics in Arizona. The first one arrived and it was unsatisfactory, so I sent a message and was informed that it would be replaced. The second one arrived and it worked very satisfactorily with the exception of the remote control. I sent a message to the company and they replaced the remote control and it works very well now. I am pleased with the product.

Not worth the money
Corners of the VCR are broken, buttons are functioning but clearly broken and there is no remote. Absolutely not worth $136. It’s worth $50 at best ONLY because it does what it’s supposed to; play VHS tapes.
