Wonderskin PHLush Stick - Multi-Use Blush Stick, Cream Blush for Cheeks and Lips - pH-Activated, Cooling & Nourishing Cheek Stain Makeup

This has pleasantly surprised me.I saw a video online & was curious but also slightly wary since so many people will advocate something if they stand to gain commission from it, so I usually read reviews etc to get an idea of how true the video review is.I don’t like obvious blusher or bronzer etc as I tend to prefer a more natural look on my face, with the exception of eye makeup.This has actually impressed me as it’s not too dark & it blends easily. It’s also buildable thankfully as the person in the video was layering it on to the point it looked overdone (in my opinion) so I’m happy that this can be applied lightly & blended to give a gentle flush of colour rather than the bright pink colour of the more in-trend powders on the market.Also it appears to last all day & also seems that if you accidentally catch your face when pulling clothes on after having done your makeup, it doesn’t look like it shows any colour - which is great as no more orange makeup stains on a white shirt!I have also tried this on my lips & again, it gives a nice natural flush.I’m not sure if the colour really does change to be unique for everyone but even if it doesn’t, it’s such a nice shade I’m actually really happy.I tend to use this & then add a touch of bronzer over it to give a sun-kissed glow.Whilst a bit pricey I think it will last a while as it doesn’t need much & the stick has plenty of product in it so it should turn out to be worth the £20 in the long run.All in all this is another good Wonderskin product.

This little purple stick has been a game-changer for my makeup routine! I was sceptical about the colour at first, but it truly transforms into the perfect pink flush on application. The cooling sensation feels amazing, especially during my morning routine when I need that little wake-up boost.What I love most is how natural it looks - no harsh lines or clown cheeks. I swipe it on, blend with my fingertips, and I'm good to go. It works beautifully on both my cheeks and lips, which means one less product in my makeup bag. The buildable formula lets me go from subtle daytime glow to more dramatic colour for evenings.It lasts surprisingly well throughout my workday without fading or getting patchy. My sensitive skin hasn't had any issues with it either. Definitely worth the price for something so versatile and effective!

I've have a couple of PH lipsticks in the past, as in they change colour upon application, reacting to your skin’s unique pH to create a shade that complements your natural tone, so I was keen to give a PH blusher a go too to see how well a PH blusher would work. I therefore picked up the Wonderskin PHLush Stick to give it a try, which not only is a blush, but a lipstick too, so a bonus!My PH lipsticks were green whereas this PHLush Stick is purple in colour. Nevertheless, when applied to my cheeks and lips, I get a gorgeous pink tone that I know is exactly right for me, as everyone I've asked has said that it suits me much better than the deep vibrant reds I often wear on my lips. Moreover, I love having 'matching' cheeks and lips in a shade exactly right for my skin tone.I ran it through the Yuka app which rates food and beauty products on how good, bad or ugly they are depending on their ingredients and this came back as being in the 'excellent' bracket, so no nasty chemicals in it. For this reason alone it deserves five stars, but it also gets five stars for getting the colour spot on too.

This product was sent to me for review as part of the Amazon Vine program. The following reflects my real-world experience using it.It is a good-quality stick that is also nice and compact, making it handy to pop in a bag. Its twisting applicator ensures that you can apply as much (or as little) cream as you want to - I liked being able to glide a gentle pop of colour over my cheeks, which I then used a brush to blend in. The result was a more natural look, rather than overdone. It has a lot of versatility, too, and so could be used in other ways.In summary, a good value item.

I love Wonderskin products and whilst I like certain aspects of this PH blush stick, I don't think its for me.The positives first, I like that it can be used on cheeks and lips and found it easy to apply and blend. I also liked that once the product had set, it is more like a stain and the blush stays put so is great for long lasting makeup.The stick is a purple colour and when applied to your skin, it is supposed to react to your skin's PH and create more of a colou suited to your skin, personally I feel that this is more of a gimmick as the colour didn't really suit my skin tone and isn't reall one I would pick myself. I would have prefered that this was just a blush stain where different colour options were available as I would prefer to choose the colour myself, not some PH reaction.As a cheek stain/long lasting blush, it is very good and if it weren't for the colour, it would have got top marks from me.
