Can you tell me if these are the big ones? Grow Over 4 ft tall?

Mine didn't grow over two feet tall. So no !

Can anyone that has been successful with growing these bulbs, tell me how tall theyve gotten?

We grow them here in GA and our plants are 5 ft tall .with 4feet long leaves but took 3 yr to get this big first yr they were about 3 feet tall .with 2 ft leaves
