This is a very good protein in my opinion; after drinking it, I don't have any stomach bloating and it digests easily. I can also see that my body and nails are glowing and growing, and I get instant energy. I also occasionally add it to my banana shake because it tastes deliciously chocolate. For me, it works incredibly well because one scoop contains 24 grammes of protein.

Tastes great but the calories per serving says 400 calories !!!!!! Am not sure about the protein content but this is very high calorie and 59 carbs per serving is crazy. May help with weight gain but not for those who are trying to lose some.

Warning: if you are on a fat cut down or weight loss do not buy this so many people writing it taste good and all stuff that is true but they don’t know the real problem it give a big scoop contain 35g protein and 450calories it be 250-300 calories and it work like a mass gainer which is not good you have to cut down your calories from food because of it…if you still wanna buy it on behalf of non knowledgeable reviews you can go ahead..

This flavour is OK. It’s the cheapest whey protein that’s available. But the strawberry milkshake flavour is not good. I didn’t like it. The chocolate flavour is awesome(The blue container). It’s quite sweet. Hope they add more flavours. It’s very good for beginners. It’s does not dissolve properly like the chocolate flavour. They provide a scoop inside the container. The product comes sealed. It’s super effective.
