ProHealth Pomella Pomegranate Extract (500 mg, 60 Veggie Capsules)

Been buying this one for a while now and have to say I’m impressed across the board. They use a very good trademark brand pomegranate extract (Pomella), price is very reasonable, and the quality is consistent. The filler they use is also much better than the MS or silica that others use. They just did a rebrand also and it looks fantastic. New design is sharp. Continue to be impressed with this product and brand. Keep up the good work!

I have been taking this for about a month now and waiting to see what the blood tests reveal. So far so good.

I really like this product, seems to do well (microbiome healthy).

Was looking for a brand that had the Pomella specifically because: Pomella pomegranate extract benefits may include an increase plasma levels of urolithin A, urolithin B, hydroxyl-urolithin A, urolithin A-glucuronide, and dimethyl ellagic acid-glucuronide. Those compounds have been shown to have potential antioxidant activity and promote anti-aging effectsNow I can't say I've aged much since taking it but brand has the tested version I was looking for.

I’ve read a lot about the benefits of pomegranate extract…specifically that containing pomella…for both heart and joint health. So I figured I would give it a try and ordered this supplement by ProHealth.The supplement comes in a capsule form that is easy to swallow. It’s nice that the recommended dosage is only 1 capsule a day. The supplement is a bit pricey in my opinion, but being it’s a 60 supply helps.From what I’ve researched, the dosage in these pomegranate capsules…500 mg… is more than adequate to reap the benefits. I’ve been taking the supplement for a couple of days now, and can actually feel my joints have range of motion. I’m definitely impressed.My only complaint about this supplement is that it’s not in a gummy. I love the taste of pomegranates and wish this supplement tasted lime them. Oh well…can’t have everything.

I stacked this with Nitrosigine before my workout; pumps were great. Will buy again.
