What is the diameter of the straws? Is it like a regular soda/smoothie straw or a thin size like a coffee stirrer size?

The straws are quite thin, although about a third if an inch wide….so not at all like a stirrer. Though thin, they are quite Efficient straws, and you can easily cut to the length you want.
