130 mg per a 2 tablespoon serving. You could rinse it prior to cooking to decrease the sodium (per my physician)

Q: What is the best recipe for baking it with kiel bassa?

I never baked the sauerkraut with the Kiel bassa. I cooked the meat by boiling it in water, then after it was cooked, I poured the water off & put the sauerkraut on the meat in the pot to heat it up. This is the best sauerkraut I have ever eaten. My husband was Czech, so they usually boil their meat or cooked on the grill. Theses methods got rid of the extra fat in the meat.

Not sure but If you want to buy more than one I would just buy the 3 or 2 at the 8.85 price the others ones are through a different seller on Amazon that sells multiples of this item instead of just one sorry for the confusion.
