Q: My waist measurement is 34" at a height of 5'10" and weight of 155 lbs, placing me on the borderline between s/m sizes. should i choose a larger size?

However, for enhanced comfort, we suggest wearing the product over a base layer of clothing. This will provide an additional layer of cushioning and prevent potential discomfort that may arise from direct contact with the skin.

Q: Can you suggest activities that are suitable to engage in while wearing the posture corrector?

While the posture corrector is designed for everyday wear, we advise against using it during activities such as running, driving, or engaging in fitness exercises. These activities involve dynamic movements where the brace's shoulder-pulling effect may restrict your arm movement unexpectedly. Instead of removing the product in such situations, it is recommended to temporarily loosen the straps. Furthermore, we do not recommend wearing the posture corrector while sleeping.

Q: Just got it today, feels great so far, but surprised that package says wear only 2 hours while reviews say you can wear all day. Which is correct?

I believe I read somewhere that you start off wearing it for short periods of time at first, and gradually build as time goes on. So for the first 2 weeks, wear for 30 minutes at a time, a few times a week. Then after a few weeks, wear for an hour, and after a few more weeks, wear for 2 hours, and so on. It’s a personal preference really. If it feels good, and it’s ok with your doctor (in case you have any issues) I don’t see why you can’t wear it as often as you would like to.
