Q: I bought this but have a really hard time opening the pour spout - does anyone have ideas to make it easier?

The top of the spout extends a little further out than the bottom of the spout. Once you realize this you can easily open it by popping up on that extended part.

Q: Can lock and lock pitcher go in bottom of dishwasher? It doesn’t fit on top

Hi! The pitcher is 9 1/2" tall x 3 1/4" deep x 6" wide. Hope this helps!! I love mine! Wanted it for hummingbird nectar; fits the bill perfectly as it holds 3 quarts.

Q: Why is the 2 qt. Pink wider than other colors?

Maybe that’s how they chose to make it.
