Q: What compression are these?

I specialize in compression and management of chronic swelling, and I would definitely say that my Homma tights are between 20-30 mmHg, even after having them and wearing them consistently for four years! An excellent and cost effective option!

Q: What are the washing and drying instructions?

I couldn't find any from the seller either so I just do a cold wash on delicate mode. Hang them up to dry. Mine have lasted a long time with this method and using Active detergent (blue and white package).

Q: I wear size 11 jeans big thighs small bottom and post pregnancy belly . if i buy meduim is it going to be too tight or stechy enough? 172lbs &5'2

I have found that clothing coming from China, run small, enven when their chaarts are similar to measurements in the U.S. Therefore, I would get an XL. I am 5'2 and weight 150 and still buy size large, because the sizing runs small. Besides, when leggings are large, you can always run a seam down the inside or outside leg, but if there are too small, there is no solution, except to give them to someone.

Q: I've purchased a lot of leggings that are see through, are these?

If you buy them too small and they are super stretched I can imagine them being see through but mine are not see through. I bought the biggest size I could XL because they are compression leggings. They are stretched but not very much so complete opaque, no seeing through here!
