I'm sorry no. The bottom is curved and does not have any rails to attach this to.

Q: Is it 21 mm or 20 mm ?

Not sure about 20 or 21mm. One thing to note is: once you get this thing over the molded plastic rail, it isn't going to move at all, let alone slide or come off. I think this is a required accessory for the KSG. Good luck.
