If you're a Millwright, Machine repairman or Industrial maintenace tech then I would recommend these. As anybody in the trade can attest, Allen's don't break, they go missing, making your warranty worthless. Those sleeves are all florescent making them great to find when you drop them or absentmindedly set them somewhere with low light, and unlike paint, they take one hell of a beating. The forming on the hex themselves make them worth it 100%. They are great at getting out screwed up bolts that my allen sockets cannot get out. If you're a professional tradesmen or auto body mechanic then I would recommend them 100%. If your an at home hobbiest then yes these are too expensive and go buy pittsburgh/tekton/mastercraft.

What is the difference between the original and the limited edition?

READ: After researching this extensively it’s apparent that both versions, “factory” & “limited edition” are the exact same. Look at the item numbers for each. The seller of the fictional “limited edition” model simply added a 0 in front of the item number. If you want to see for yourself, go to Wera’s website & paste each number into their search bar. It pulls up the same product. The seller of the “limited edition” model is essentially scamming unsuspecting buyers out of an extra $20.
