The one I got was size 4-6 years old. My grandson is 6 years and it fit him perfectly. He has a small frame and average height for his age. I hope this helps.Regina

Probably depends on the kid, but leaning yes. My nephew is 4 1/2 and wears between a 4T and a 5 and this fit him well with a little room to give.

I assume the one showed. That is the color we received. Black with red.
