National Holiday 7' Steel Tree Stand

Update: Holds up a 7ft tree perfectly. Amazing tree stand.Lots of reviews listed complaints about assembly, however I found it very easy. I could see it being difficult if the top ring is going the wrong direction, but other than that it was pretty straightforward. I personally put one leg in at a time, putting each screw in simultaneously. Looks very nice compared to other tree stands and based off how it appears structurally, i have high hopes for holding a 5ft tree. Value is exceptional.

We received a live tree for free unexpectedly so we needed a stand. I didn't want a plastic one under any circumstances and metal options are lacking. But this ended up working perfectly for our needs. We only had a 3 1/2' tree. Its easier if you have two people to put the tree in it so the trunk is straight and you don't have a tilty tree.I expect it should last us forever.

Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money on this tree stand! If it were possible to give less than 1 star I would do it.The screws to hold the tree in place do not have pads at the end and so simply drill into the tree, thus not holding it in place. The little pronged pad at the bottom broke off - also not holding the tree in place. The ring that goes around the legs through which the screws are threaded is flimsy and not solid metal instead hollow in the middle with an inside and outside wall, making placement of the screws more difficult.In all, the tree stand did not perform at what it is supposed to do: hold a tree in place. It went straight into the garbage. Just wished I could get a refund; these were $20 wasted dollars!

Some assembly required, but no tools required and assembly is very easy.The metal base at the bottom of the bowl is kinda flimsy. I followed the instructions for placing on the base of the tree and used the heel of my hand to "smack" the stand onto the tree and I still distorted the bowl.Otherwise, it held my 6 foot, 3 inch tree without any concern for it tipping over.

Good experience

By the time I got it assembled, paint scraped off all of the legs because it's a very tight fit. It's okay for the price but would not recommend or buy again. I put together a lot of Ikea furniture and dabble in FIY stuff and this has to be the worst I've ever assembled.

No longer needed a huge tree so bought this one and it fits the purpose, I took it with me when I went to get the tree to make sure it would fit, perfect fit 😀
