Unfortunately these are the only ones we sell.

Q: can the ice cream sandwiches be cut in half or will they crumble? And if so, are they big enough to cut in fourths?

They are the size of a regular ice cream sandwich. They will crumble a little bit like any solid cookie, But they will not crumble all to pieces. Just be gentle with it as you cut.

Q: I understand the product expires 3 years after production, but is there a production date printed somewhere?

These do not show production date unfortunately however when checking the batches these are showing november 2023, hope this helps.
