Q: What amp what I want to wire up to 2 of these

these tweeters are 4 ohms; the nominal power is 200W (constructor; measured with white noise meaning less with fixed frequency) . If you connect 2 in series (total of 4 for stereo) you should also connect the 2 caps in series. The max power for amplifier is then 400W @ 8 ohm. in series you have a safety for power transients (poks!!!) I recommend to do this wiring. Another possibility is connect them in // then you have a power of 400 W @ 2 ohm. In this case each should have its own cap in series. For cars this can be better as voltage at output can be lower and more power for amp at 2 ohm. If the amplifier is not designed (and cooled) for 2 ohm you will destroy the amplifier or have overheating) then connect them in series

Q: Are these ones , the ones showed in the picture of pioneer.com, because on that picture the middle of the component is red, and on this one it is gray
