RockTape

This is great stuff! Helps support and relieve pain! Almost like magic tape! Holds on pretty tough though, DEFINATELY don't just rip it off!

I am on my 3rd roll of bulk tapes, so obviously it is working for me. I play field hockey and lawn tennis. I have a damaged knee and injured hamstring. I use the tape to support those muscles while playing and they are just right. My pain is non existent while playing. I leave them on sometimes during work time and the support for my knee while climbing stairs isn't excellent.I have already recommended this tape to many other athletes who are satisfied with the results. Non athletes may also use it especially older persons with "bad" knees.The key for best results is to have the area cleaned properly, no cream, no perspiration and no hair. If you have no one to assist you, check youtube for demos. There are some great demos on the tube.

I’ve been using Rock tape for about 10 years after taking a kinesiotaping course . It sticks well , decreases pain,swelling , provides support ,stability and stays on through showers for up to a week. I’ve used several other brands but this brand is my favorite. Would recommend!

Have a ligament sprain in knee wore this to support patella for a week and didn’t have to use brace for first time since injury. Really does a good job when placed correctly.Came with samples of rock sauce haven’t used that yet. This is a big roll but good to have if you use it a lot like I do. It can stick so finding a skin prep might be good idea if sensitive but the sticky parts do wash off.

I am a disabled veteran that is trying his hand at off grid and the homestead lifestyle. I work each day on our property and really do not have the time or desire to drive into the city for treatment. This Rock Tape has really improved my life out here, it has helped my lower back and shoulders without a doubt. I will tell you that when my Sister first told me about Rock Tape, I thought that I could do that same thing with duck tape, and I tried, but I assure you it does not work the same. This one product allows me the freedom to get my tasks done with out the extra pain. Best product for me!!!!

A good alternative to Kinesio FP when you need more support and stronger adhesive. Caution though as it can be too strong and you have to pick the right tape for the situation

I LOVE Rock Tape! Simply put, it is the best version of Therapeutic Tape out there. It out sticks Kinesio Tape, K Tape and Kinesio Gold Tape. It stays on for days, does not roll up or unravel, is thicker, is made of a higher quality fabric and comes in many great colors and patterns. Did I say it sticks better than another tape out there?

I have to tape my knees before I work out. My personal trainer showed my husband the best configuration for knee support. When applied, the Rock Tape sticks very well & will stay on for at least 48 hours before starting to peel off. This means I get more than 1 workout per taping.
