Q: can u use these without socks or are the sticky to feet

I never used them with socks, so I truly cannot answer the question. I use them in my shoes with compression socks. I guess you could tape them, like with 3M tape to the inside of you shoe; then wear them. I believe your body weight will keep them snug in your shoes.

Q: There is no sizing option. How do you choose a size?

one size fits all, my foot is very wide and has lots of issues these weren't much help for me. I need orthopaedic made special for me, if y ou just want y our heal to turn in or out they work good.

Q: Why is there no option to choose inserts for pronation or supination?

They are slanted wedges of solid silicone so you can flip it over so the thicker side can be on either side.
