The Original and Best
Superb tape. I’ve been using for around 6 months on a severe leg fractures / muscle injury.It has massively helped to reduce swellingin my leg. I highly recommend this product.

Superb physio tape
My wife uses kinesiotape to support an arthritic wrist when she plays golf or does a variety of jobs such as gardening. The tape is very easily applied and provides an excellent degree of support without being restrictive.

Very painful to remove
When you are first putting the tape on it doesn’t seem sticky but when you have it on for a few hours and try taking it off, then you feel the pain. My skin peeled off with some of the tape and left a red rash. Very difficult to take off. Not great to be honest and it really wasn’t that great in giving my pregnancy belly any support.
