LED lights not working
Good Afternoon, I received your goods all good and they were absolutely perfect. They have stopped working. I’ve looked all the way through cannot see no breakages or any reason for it to stop working. There’s power going to the plug but somewhere after the plug it stops working can you advise me on the warranty and if you could send me some new ones, please?

Lights lasted 3 weeks - now broken…
The lights went up in November for Christmas, and they looked great. Unfortunately they broke/burnt out after 3 weeks (on timer function), which was before Christmas. Now I cannot get hold of anyone to replace the lights. Hopefully this will trigger some response. On the box they came in it says ‘we support 12 month free replacement and provide 24 hour online customer service’ - lets hope so!!!

These seemed to work well.
My grandson helped me and as he is taller he put them out of the window to me. He then closed and locked the window and I was left holding the lights with the cable cut. They had to be discarded and new purchased locally.
