PerfectaGel Platinum Gelatin Sheets (230 Bloom) - 1kg [600 sheets]

I am a pastry chef with my own Patisserie and have been using this product for over 3 years now.It is definitely more expensive than regular sheet gelatine, but the quality is far superior to other products I have used in the past.The sheets are very thin, easy to tear by hand ( no scissors needed ) and bloom much faster than other gelatine brands....also the quality is very consistent from batch to batchI highly recommend this product and will keep buying it !

I love the Product, but Highly dislike the thin, Flimsy cardboard that the Gel comes packed in from the factory. Some of the sheets were beat to heck from usps throwing the package around & would prefer it be packed into a separate Box with packing material.

Just perfect! I am a baker and I only use this platinum gelatin. It doesn't smell, dissolves instantly and strong. I also buy it for my mom, she needs this gelatin for medical purposes for her bones, instead of chemical medicine. I was very happy to find out that there is a huge package at a very reasonable price. If you use it often, this is the best deal!

This is the largest and cheapest I've found. Would order larger quantity for a little more of a discount.

Product works very well and I made gummy candy with them which came out as if they were bought from a store
