Because of an uneven concrete pour my garage door did not seal on one side very well and would allow water to come in during a driving rain.This product is awesome! Very simple to install but I recommend taking your time getting it aligned before applying construction glue and plan to make adjustments. I used exactly one tube for a 9' span. Plan to wipe up excess glue with something durable and disposable.My door is slightly curved, which I realized during this install. I traced the door footprint to start with and used the manual release to test my alignment.It sealed way better than I thought after all was said and done. Absolutely worth doing if you have a draft, flooding, or debris blowing in under your garage door.

Mother in laws garage would flood due to puddling during very heavy rain seeping under the door. This was a bit messy to due to the sealant squeezing out when the strip was applied but cleaned up well with alcohol wipes. Looks great now and has solved the problem. She has mobility issues as well and the strip is not too high that it causes any problem.

I love that this seal is heavy weight and strong. We have a garage door that faces north. When storms come in they usually blow from the north and the water runs up under the door and floods. When we installed this seal during the next rain nothing came in under that door. It does exactly what it says it does. I use part of the garage by that door as an art studio so the flooding was a big issue. Now I don't have to worry about it. Would buy again.

product works as intended. four star rating due to product does not come with adhesive causing inconvenience travel to hardware store to buy adhesive and travel back and prepare for install. kits with adhesive are way to over priced charging twice the amount for adhesive. a tube of adhesive at hardware store are under $6 dollars. I guess convenience cost twice the price

Installed this 6" out from the garage door not under. Diverts water away from the garage door and sides that was previously running into my new tractor shed. Good product, very easy installation gluing it down along a caulk line for straightness and a reasonable price solution including the tube of construction adhesive purchased separately. I did have to weight the threshold down as there was no garage door to do that per the instructions.

Solid product, worked well with construction grade adhesive, which I purchased at Home Depot. The material is very durable and strong, its thick and takes well to the adhesive. Take your time, clean the area first, make sure it fits snug on the sides, and gently cut, I cut with heavy duty shears (fabric shears). My garage floor is coated with the glossy epoxy finish, the construction adhesive worked fine, I used one of my daughters washable markers to mark the threshold, wiped right off the epoxy when finished.

We purchased this product to keep water out of our garage. The natural flow of our drive way is unfortunately into our garage so we purchased this to get a tighter seal between the garage floor and doors. We have a three stall garage and purchased two to do the entire entrance. Installation was easy (a bit messy with the adhesion) but it’s lasted one summer and now we’re into the Janauary Minnesota winter. Everything is holding up well so far.

I installed this to stop water from coming into the garage and to close a gap on in the corner of the door. Ir works perfect. Just make sure you lay it out 24 hours ahead of time and light heat if needed to flatten.

Garage weather strip is good quality and exactly as described.
