Does the job for a great cuppa!
This product has proven perfect for having a cup of tea in bed each morning! Though it is a bit noisy if you like to snooze while the tea is brewing, you know for sure when it is fully boiling and can mash it as long as you like to change the strength of the brew. Also good for coffee and the same setting can be used to keep your tea warm if you need to delay drinking it once brewed. Easy to wash out and excellent price!

Makes nasty tea and dreadful coffee
It’s going back. This is basically a percolator. A percolator is not a good way to make either tea or coffee as it boils the tea or coffee as it makes it, giving it a bitter, stewed taste.I’m also unhappy that in tea mode it doesn’t switch off automatically until it boils dry.Finally, it cannot be washed properly as you cannot immerse it or put it in a dishwasher.

Simple and easy use
Said what it is on the tin. Easy use, but just be careful as the kettle will not auto turn off when it is boiled. Also don’t fill the kettle more than half full as when it boiling the water just spill out.

Not good product but great seller and service
Very weird product does not auto switch off even when boiling water,nightmare to handle as switch is underneath the balloon of the kettle .would not recommentd it to anyone old at all.

Excellent value for money, works very well
We have had this now for a few weeks and use it every morning to make tea in our bedroom. Its simple to use and seems very well made for the price. We use loose leaf tea but tea bags would work very well.

danger from steam
When pouring tea the steam from the teapot tends to burn hand, as the infuser tips out as the lid opens when pouring, also the tea leaves a black sediment in the cup which I don't get when I use the same Tea Bags in other teapots or cups!!

Easy to use
I bought this not really expecting much and got a really nice surprise it's easy to use and makes a great cup of tea. I have it setup with a Alexa plug so it comes on at 6.55 and then off at 7.05 so I get my first cup of tea in bed. Brilliant would recommend
