Q: I have a 34r in the jeep now. Will that be plug and play with the kit? Or does the reversed terminals not fit the kits wiring?

The 34r has the posts in the wrong position, so your factory wires will not reach the posts. You'll need two identical regular group 34 batteries for our kit.

Q: Where do you hook up the wench Power? Does it run off of 1 battery or both?

Your high-amp accessories like a winch will go to the large center studs on our power and ground bus bars. When the batteries are connected, you will be using the combined capacity of both batteries. This spreads the load of the winch across both batteries. Once your cranking battery drops below 12.7v for 1 minute, all of your accessories that are connected to the power and ground bus bars will run from the aux battery only. This protects your cranking battery from being drained by your accessories. They will remain isolated until your cranking battery is back up above 13.2v for 2 minutes, then they will automatically be reconnected. If you add our optional G Screen monitoring system, you can see the voltage of each battery and you can see if they are connected or isolated. Hope this helps! -Shane

Q: Could I connect a battery charger? If so, where would I wire it to?

You can connect a charger to your factory positive wire on the cranking battery and the factory negative wire on the aux battery. This way the trickle charger works just like your alternator - it will charge the cranking battery first for a couple minutes, then the smart isolator links the batteries together to charge the aux battery as well.

I installed this Geneses dual battery system in my 2016 Wrangler Unlimited and it fits perfect. I included the G Screen monitor / control that installed in my SPod switch unit. Looks great and provides battery conditions and manual Boost control if ever needed. I am using a pair of Optima Yellow Tops. Everything you need for the 2015 is included in the kit. This is a good dual battery system and worth the higher cost.
