Check out my right eyelash. Definitely worked. But have a few suggestions.
I’m a professional cosmetologist and I have some suggestions for people who are trying to do this themselves. I did only one eye at a time because of course you need one eye to see and one eye to be processed. I found it impossible to wear the under eyelid tape on my lower eyelashes. It made my upper eyelashes a funny shape and my upper lid a funny shape so I decided after all to just go without it and to be really careful. I’ve done hundreds of perms on hair in my life, and this is basically the same thing. Only this perm solution and setting solution working only five minutes which is amazingly quick. the directions are good but I would suggest looking online at some professionals who actually do this for a living because the directions to this product are a little brief and there’s some great tips online. The bottom line is it worked as expected. (forgive my ugly sun spots in the picture, but I’m not wearing any make up ) I’m 67 years old and I’m excited that this is going to finally make my eyelashes look long again when I put mascara on. I found it as I get older and my Lid skin gets more wrinkly, it makes my beautiful eyelashes point down so it looks like I don’t have any. so this is probably some thing I will continue to do throughout the rest of my life because the results were great, and it was very affordable. I just can’t afford to have someone else do it but if you don’t have my confidence, then have a friend do it for you. You just have to be able to follow directions. it’s basically like putting on mascara. My eyelashes were very resistant so I had to keep applying more cream and smoothing them out to keep them in the position I wanted them to stay in. It’s important for both the perm solution and the setting lotion but even more so with the setting lotion that you hold them where you want them while it’s setting. anyway that’s my story. Btw, I even got a little bit of the product in my eye and it honestly didn’t sting anymore than fresh water. But immediately washed it out as soon as the timer went off. I hope this helps you. I’m going to do the other eye now and then I’m gonna try my eyebrows with the same product although they might end up needing a longer processing time. Good luck!PS: now that my eyelashes are up and long looking, I could see that the tips of them have really faded with the sun so I know that if I do some eyelash dye next, they will actually look about a quarter of an inch longer without mascara. You can see how blonde my eyelash tips are in the picture.

Quick and easy!
I've used other kits and this one has been by far the easiest to use. The glue is tacky but that's what you need for your lashes to stick to the shield, other kits I've used the glue is more runny and it took forever for my lashes to stick, but not with this one! It was super quick to get them to stick on. And the perm solution is so much faster to take. With other kits I've taken a good hour to get both lashes done because I do one side then the other, but with this one, it took me half hour max. Just be advised that the solutions act quick, so don't leave on more than instructed.

Great trial kit!
I loved that the kit included everything, including a fresh y-comb for each lift! The shields and the glue were not my favorites, as the glue was hard to remove and the shields a little stiff. The quick processing time was great, and provided great results! See pictures on Instagram @myhappyplace.lagunabeachDefinitely not to be used for non-professionals, as over processing could easily happen. Great value for the money!

Don't bother
The glue is not sticky, it cannot be "shaken" as directed in the instructions because it's a thick gel. It does not hold the lift template on nor does it hold the lashes to it. Essentially, this product does not work at all as a lash lift. It may be usable as an eyebrow laminate.

The Best
Very fast and easy I use it in my business and my customers love it, I just wish it was pump because I can use it on more than one customer each set, and if it was pump it would avoid waste. But even so I love it.

Good for the price. It's not spa quality but good for an individual packet product which I prefer.
I'm an esthetician and it's a good lash lift kit. I gave it 4 stars because the adhesion could of been better, the rod kept lifting on the corners. I also found the sizing too large, I used a small/medium as that was the smallest size on my model and it was too long for her lid so it didn't quite sit well. Overall it worked nicely and it came out very pretty. I had to leave it on longer, I left it on for 10 minutes and removed. The lash pads are not my favorite, they slid everywhere so I used my own hydrogel pads. I suppose it depends on who is buying this whether they like it or not, I did, I'd probably buy again for the price but use my own pads. Also, as an esthetician I STRONGLY advise nonprofessionals to NOT PURCHASE this for themselves. If you're not trained in lash lifts do not do one, especially to yourself because it's very dangerous if it gets in your eyes. These are chemicals, perming solution, so it's a big deal. Be smart people.

Great DIY option... Just don't do it alone!
I've been getting professional lash lifts with great results, but the DIY fanatic in me wanted to try doing it myself. I have researched many, many kits on Amazon and even the "professional" ones (but they are pricey). This kit seemed like the least sketchy option (considering most of the kits on Amazon have instructions in broken English) so I went with it.My first attempt was a solo one in front of the bathroom mirror, and it was a massive fail. I watched a YouTube tutorial but couldn't coordinate well enough to complete it on myself. It's hard to keep one eye closed and work with just one eye open. The instructions even say not to do this on yourself... So yes, that is correct.Second attempt was with my husband acting as lash lift artist for the evening. He begrudgingly agreed to try doing it on my lashes after watching a couple YouTube videos. Surprisingly, it was a SUCCESS! It took about an hour total, and I was left with lifted lashes that looked even better than the "professional" lifts I've had in the past. Wow! I saved myself a hundred bucks and my husband just had to sacrifice an hour of his time.I will be back to order another kit after I finish using this one... Thanks Beau Lashes!! You have changed my life!
