Issues with Starscream fixed for repaints
I really love this mold but whem Starscream came out, he had a couple of issues. Most notably the friction joint for his chest piece had tendancy of not holding onto the joint when transforming him. Not a huge deal since the piece pegs into place as well in both modes but certainly annoying. On my figure as well, the piece attaching to the back of his head when changing to jet mode wouldn't allow the rear thrusters to lay completely flush in jet mode. Both of these issues have been fixed with quality control on Thundercracker and Skywarp and I must say all 3 of them look fantastic together in my opinion. Also noteworthy is that Thundercracker comes with a smirk on his face sculpt which seems to fit Starscream a bit better, it is simple to unscrew the back of their heads and do a simple swap of the fronts of their faces to better fit both of their personalities. This figure gets a 5/5 from me due to Hasbro working out the issues with the initial release of Starscream.

Can't have the G1 trio without the most level headed member of the team.
Aw, Thundercracker. Was my first of the G1 jets, still is too. Replicated so perfectly for this Seige series. I was so hesitant of getting Starscream in the first place, but once I read about Hasbro adding Thundercracker and Skywarp, i just lowered my head and hit purchase x3 for 'Scream, 'Cracker, and 'Warp. Did I need them, no. Did I want them, oh hell yes. The Null Rays are alittle loose, but with some clear nail polish, works out fine. All other joints work out fine. Transformation is good, and the chest doesn't pop out at all compared to Starscream. Yes, I did it as well. Swapped out the heads so that Starscream has the smirk. So much for his personality than that of Thundercracker. Speaking of Starscream. If you get a Megatron hand gun add-on, pose Starscream holding the gun with the smirk. OMG so good.

Also, He writes screenplays.
Thundercracker claims the skies as his arena. He looks down in contempt on those who cannot leave the ground — he considers them lesser beings. He will often attack the flightless beings below him for no other reason than to satisfy his scorn. His superiority in this realm is the only thing he is sure of. Thundercracker is not entirely committed to the Decepticon cause, and even has some seemingly contradictory sympathy for the humans they terrorize. Fear of retribution from Megatron and the influence of his peers is usually enough to bury these doubts. Regardless, he needs constant reassurance from Skywarp and Starscream (which occasionally take the form of threats) that he's where he needs to be. Sometimes, his heart's just not in the job.

Let Thunder crack across the sky!
Finally got around to getting my favorite Seeker. As I own two other uses of the mold, I knew the transform at this point. Odd choice of Thundercracker having the smirking face usually associated with Starscream. But the heads are easily swappable. What did surprise me however, was how well the front of the tetra jet stayed together. Must be a running change. Overall, quite satisfied with Thundercracker.

This is a great figure. Definitely get one if you don't have one.
This figure is excellent. I assume it is the same for all the Seekers, and Starscream. It is so good and solid I have begun to collect some of the Siege War for Cybertron figures. So I ordered seven more.Their modes are just plain good.I am happy with this Thundercracker. I think he's quite good. I can be happy to say that I got this guy.I'm an old man with a modest collection that I just started. I hope people enjoy this Thundercracker as much as I do.

2nd of the 3...almost complete
As with any re-paint, the highs and lows of the original figure still apply. Same great look in robot and cybertronian jet, same clunky underbelly in jet mode. The blue and black paint scheme suits this figure really well. I tend to agree with a few other online posts, Thundercracker's head sculpt does seem better suited for Starscream(it's the smirk). Overall, great addition to anyone's collection and I'm looking forward to completing the trio once Skywarp arrived.

Amazing !
I Love tha transformation. They really put the time to designed this. For putting the original starscrean look which was design to be a fighter plane to out of this world spaceship. This Transformers line are amazingly designed and easy to transform. Compare to the movie transformers toys. Good for Adult collectors !
