Relief for lower back pain.
After wearing these inserts for a couple of days I noticed that my lower back pain was almost non existent. I actually got these inserts for cushioning when walking on road surfaces.Much to my surprise the lower back pain I was experiencing was almost totally eliminated and that when getting out of bed in the morning the back pain I had experienced was gone. I was able to get out of bed without the usual wincing in pain. I haven't been able to do that in ages. What a relief!

Narrower mid sole.
It's made for people with narrower feet. They look like a quality product but just don't fit me.

Very good heel padding, lacking on the front. However, for the price I will buy them again.

Too small!
I wear a size12 shoe and this insole is about an inch or so shorter than my foot.
