Not great for coil burner
Not a bad pan in itself, but just doesn’t sit well on my stove.. it bounces around in the burner (coil) when we try to make roti (An East Indian staple similar to burritos). It’s not completely flat.. the bottom kind of comes upward almost like a bowl. But Despite that, it does the job

Love it!
I love the ease of use, it’s light weight. I use it for variety of things- from cooking rotis, to dosas, pancakes and all that without having to use too much oil or the need to scrape it off the surface.
