So first of all, I had to call a plumber to finish the installation. The tube that goes from the wall to our commode tank is not flexible, so when I installed the coupler, The tube was nw several inches too long. Fortunately it was a quick fix so it was only a $200 repair.Then, about a week later, (about an hour ago,) we woke at 3am to the sound of rushing water filling our bathroom.The tube from the bidet to the coupler had given way. I DID use the wimpy silicone tape that was enclosed once I figured out what it was, but it wasn't enough.I'll be headed out to Home Depot when they open this morning to buy more sealant tape for the connector. I'll also be looking for some kind of waterproof tape to wrap around the joints, just in case.When it works, it's great! Though I still don't understand the purpose of the tube that shoots straight down into the toilet. Was something supposed to be retractable? Whatever.Wish me luck.

2 months wait, lots of emails to seller, delayed due to miss placement, today finally it arrived.And it works great. Well worth the wait only I would pay more for the up grade and next day delivery.Fantastic, hitting the targeted area like a Cool Spring.Amazingly fresh.

I need to return this item as I ordered it months ago and all of a sudden received it yesterday. I didn't even remember I ordered this, I tried to install it last night and it does not work. I went on site to try to return and they will not accept my return...terrible!

So I won't go into details and get rejected again. One star stands.Tip, do NOT use plastic tube and nut - throw out. Get a flexible stainless steel hose [Fom Ace Hardware for eample] and use this instead.

Very comfortable and easy to use. Looks like the scissors are made of stainless steel, hope it won't rust. Worth the price I paid.
