True Monarch Bottle Stopper, Modern Wine Stoppers with Natural Cork for wine bottles, wine preserver, Zinc Alloy with a Chrome Finish, set of 1

I ordered this stopper as well as the beech one in 2011, and have found them to be quite good at what they do - stopping up a partially full open bottle of wine. However, I am disappointed to find that the metal portion of both stoppers has become corroded. It must be from the acidic air in the bottle, because the metal does not touch the wine at all. I've decided not to use them any more and have ordered another type of stopper.

I bought this to replace a similar stopper I had bought at an artisan center, but was broken when my cat knocked over the wine bottle. This one is okay. There are times I feel the shaft is too narrow and I question how good the seal is. My other one had a greater taper.

I lost the lid for my Mamajuana liquor bottle and this worked perfectly as a replacement. And it looks nice. I'm sure it would work perfectly for wine bottles too. I may order another one.

I bought these a a finial for a chrome bakers rack, Dressed it up nicely!

I would give this a one star, except it is attractive. It fit the first time but after that it no longer fit. In fact it leaked. Need I say more? If you want a tight for wine look for a different maker.

This is a beautiful bottle stopper but it's a little small and doesn't fit tightly in the bottle.

The wood choice is good and they work fine. The overall length is 4.25" and I got Cherry and Beach. They dont fit extra tight but I like them fine. I use them for wine, not champagne!

Very functional and nice looking wine cork. Gave two of these as gifts for Christmas. Anyone needing a extra wine cork this will work for you too.

The cork will soak and the glue attaching it loosens and it crumbles and falls out
