Sultra Thermalite Style & Straighten Flat Iron, 1 Inch with Protective Heat Glove

This started out as a good straightener but today when I used it (not on a high setting) it burnt a chunk off of my hair. I am beyond upset as I’ve never had that happen again. Don’t use it unless you don’t care about damaging your hair.

This product worked really good but stop working 5 months later. I spent $189 to only be able to use flat iron 5 months never dropped it or damaged it in a anyway took care of it plugged it in one day to turn it on and it won’t turn on now.

This product stopped working 2 months after buying it. I use it once/wk. The return policy had just expired, too. $189.00 for about 8 uses. I had owned a previous model of Sultra's that I adored (fewer bells and whistles, too). This one was not as good. Sometimes simpler is better. Really hate having to throw money away

I straighten my hair every day and LOVE this iron. My hair isnt frizzy, it is so soft and silky even well after working a 12 hour shift or running around all day. I have used starighteners forever and none have ever done this well on my hair! Must have for anyone who regularly straightens their hair!

I usually don’t ever do this. But I’m very disappointed in this iron. I received it as a gift & the temperature was at 270 (low) and it completely burned my hair off to a crisp. I’m not even exaggerating. I have never had issues with any irons I’ve ever used but this iron is no good. 10000% disappointed. Since it was a gift I had no proof of purchase, I had to throw it away. NEVER AGAIN!

Used the ThermaLite Flat Iron to add subtle curls to my hair and absolutely love it. Each time I use it, my hair is glossy and looks healthy. I also use the iron to straighten as well which helps with frizz/flyaways. Super easy to use, only need a single pass through the hair to get the job done. Also, the iron comes with a pink hand glove. Lightweight and base of cord rotates so its very easy to maneuver. Love it!

Do not buy! This hair straightener burned my hair off! My hair is still braking off and feels died in some areas. I take really good care of my hair and never thought that this hair straightener would do this. I am devastated and will never purchase anything from Sultra again. Please look elsewhere!

I purchased this hair straightening iron to replace an older model but the older model seemed to get hotter and did a better job straightening that super long, curly, curly hair. It's for personal grooming, it's not used in a salon setting at all. This one is now out of service gathering dust in favor of the older one. I don't recommend this one...
