Good and heavy
What a great feel. I don't have problems with tremors or my hands - I was simply looking for a heavyweight pencil, and this one fits my expectations.

VERY good but very heavy; no eraser
I love using pencil grips on all pens and pencils because I grip very tight and my hands ache otherwise. This pencil feels SO good in the hand, far better than any other I've used. Two improvements would make it the best pencil ever: 1) It doesn't have an eraser. Not a huge deal, but reason one that it is better for a desk than in a bag, because you need a separate eraser. 2) I know it's called "heavyweight," but it is way heavier than I thought. That might be part of the reason why it feels so good, but this is reason two that it's really only suitable for a desk, not a briefcase or bag.

Heavyweight pencil helped with handwriting
I purchased the heavyweight pencil for my 7 year old son. He has been working on handwriting and this is one of the tools that he uses in therapy so I purchased it for our home. The pencil is heavy enough that he needs to work a little harder to control it which in turn helps his writing. The grip is comfortable for him to hold. I am very happy with it so far. It comes with extra lead and I haven't had to replace that yet. I don't know if that will be easy to find since this lead seems to be thicker than the lead I have seen at the store. I will update once I get to that point of needing more lead. That may take awhile though since we don't write that much!

Bought two pencils at two times, and got two different mechanisms
It seems like having bought two different pencils, I got one with a mechinism that is solid and reliable, and I got another one with a cheap mechanism that didn't even survive the first length of lead. I'm not clear on whether it's an imitation or a bad redesign.

Nice Quality
I purchased this weighten pen for a student that has difficulty putting the needed amount of pressure on his pencil. This has been a great alternative.

Good weighted pencil for motor skills deficiencies
Great weighted mechanical pencil with thick lead. The lead is thick so that it doesn't break the second you put it on paper. The grips on the pencil help with teaching how to hold a pencil properly. The weight of it helps with teaching the correct amount of pressure needed when writing! This was recommended by an occupational therapist for my son who has severe deficiencies in fine and gross motor skills!

Quality can be a bit better, but a good tool for my kiddos.
The feel of this pencil is solid, and it is well balanced for a weighted product. My only complaint is that the lead advance button stopped working properly after a couple of weeks, and now i have to manually pull on the lead in order to advance it. I wouldn't really mind if it was a $1 mechanical pencil, but at this price point I would expect better.
