They do work and very fast
My 4 y old daughter is growing very fast and has muscle issues ( spasms, pains) , i use it on her( i am trained to work with these tapes professional) and they work almost immediately. They stay very well too. I will be ordering more,

These are aaaaaabsolutely useless. Nothing like kinesiology tape. These are stickers. Do not waste your money.

These are stickers NOT kinesiology tape. Beware!
Product description is incorrect regarding contents. Additionally these are ultra thin scotch tape type stickers. NOT kinesiology tape pieces as needed. They have zero stretch to them are not water resistant and poor adhesion. Not at all what I expected.

You can’t get them off once they’re on
They really didn’t do anything for me and I couldn’t get them off of my skin once I got them on. I ended up throwing them away.
