BodyFokus SynBiotic Active Vitality – A Strong Partner for Your Gut - 1 Bottle

This product is a Prebiotic and Probiotic which stimulates the growth of beneficial microorganisms in intestinal flora. On taking a single capsule, my experience was a very sharp pain in my Gut followed by feeling quite unwell for over a day. I did message the Company. I have taken Probiotics before with no problem and took this probiotic as instructed.To date I have received no communication from them and that is over a week ago. Not everyone is suited to Probiotics . It would have been a courtesey to reply. I am not in the blame game. At over £40 it is an expensive item to purchase with an unsatisfactory outcome.

I bought this product as I do have some digestive issues and thought it would help. I took the capsules as advised one twice in a day 30 mins before food and with at least 200ml of water. I very quickly developed indigestion which then developed into painful lower tummy ache which lasted for 24 hours. I am nervous about taking any more of this supplement and very disappointed as the marketing seemed to make it ideal for my needs. Does anyone have any ideas why I had this reaction ?

Having suffered so called IBS, on and off for years, I finally visited my doctor and got referred for investigation. The outcome was diverticula, diverticulitis and a smidge of early stage bowel cancer to boot! The diverticulitis was treated with antibiotics and thankfully we are on top of the big C, having been given the green light for another year. My immune system was shocking, catching any virus that happened to be passing, while there was, though less noticeable, an unhappy digestive system. Having taken this product for 6 months, I can say with no doubt, things are much improved. Some of the claims for this product have not materialized, yes it is a tad expensive and I have to eat something before my morning dose, as to take it on an empty stomach can make me feel nauseous. All that asides, I will carry on taking this product, as the pros greatly outnumber the cons.

I purchased and used this product and have been extremely disappointed with the results.Apart from excessive tiredness, lethargy, joint pain and low mood none of which were mentioned in the product details and none of which I had before using the product, I feel I have been taken for a fool.It's an expensive product giving only negative results.The suggestion of increased energy and weight loss are definitely not what I have experienced. I just hope that within a few days the side effects will settle.Be very careful of claims such as those supposedly attributed to this product.The best body detox = good sleep, exercise, healthy balanced diet and plenty of water and it's a less expensive option.
