I returned a similar product from a different brand because it took too long to sense final temperature and the signal was very low indicating completion. The Vicks met all my expectations and the readings are very repeatable. Very satisfied with it!

Best & Easiest Thermometer I've used, & unlike most easy battery replacement.

It didn't work even though it already had a battery in it. It takes an odd sized battery so I have to go buy a new one.

The package was clearly previously opened (easy to see where the cardboard backing was ripped/pulled from the plastic housing) and a cheap piece of tape used to hold it together. Given that this is an oral thermometer, it should not be sold as new.

Did not get what I ordered. However, it was resolved.
